Logging & Monitoring. OneStream will employ security controls and tools to monitor systems used to provide the Service(s) and log relevant information security events. OneStream will review anomalies from security and security related audit logs and resolve logged security problems in a timely manner. OneStream will maintain log information in a manner designed to prevent tampering and unauthorized access and for a period of at least one year.

Logging & Monitoring. Contractor shall log and monitor all access to the information system containing SWK Data for additions, alterations, deletions, and copying of SWK Data. The Contractor agrees to maintain full records of system or applicable access attempts, both successful and failed, and upon request will make available to SWK all logs and records. Log event data will be collected, and security alerts generated based upon active analysis, reporting, and correlation to incident response capabilities. Security administration logs will be retained for a minimum of sixty (60) days and financial/ health care transaction logs will be retained for a minimum of six (6) months (or longer).
Logging & Monitoring. The capabilities in this section are used to collect the data needed to detect and analyse vulnerabilities and incidents. The capabilities help implement the controls in the “Logging and monitoring” section in the ISO 27002 standard (Section 12.4). Specifically, the capabilities can be used to implement the fol- lowing controls: • Event logs recording user activities, exceptions, faults and information security events should be produced, kept and regularly reviewed. (Section 12.4.1) • Logging facilities and log information should be protected against tampering and unau- thorized access. (Section 12.4.2) • System administrator and system operator activities should be logged and the logs protected and regularly reviewed. (Section 12.4.3) • The clocks of all relevant information processing systems within an organization or security domain should be synchronised to a single reference time source. (Section 12.4.4)

  • Program Monitoring The Contractor will make all records and documents required under this Agreement as outlined here, in OEC Policies and NHECC Policies available to the SRO or its designee, the SR Fiscal Officer or their designee and the OEC. Scheduled monitoring visits will take place twice a year. The SRO and OEC reserve the right to make unannounced visits.

  • Contract Monitoring The criminal background checks required by this rule shall be national in scope, and must be conducted at least once every three (3) years. Contractor shall make the criminal background checks required by Paragraph IV.G.1 available for inspection and copying by DRS personnel upon request of DRS.

  • Monitoring In each case in which the Foreign Custody Manager maintains Foreign Assets with an Eligible Foreign Custodian selected by the Foreign Custody Manager, the Foreign Custody Manager shall establish a system to monitor (i) the appropriateness of maintaining the Foreign Assets with such Eligible Foreign Custodian and (ii) the contract governing the custody arrangements established by the Foreign Custody Manager with the Eligible Foreign Custodian. In the event the Foreign Custody Manager determines that the custody arrangements with an Eligible Foreign Custodian it has selected are no longer appropriate, the Foreign Custody Manager shall notify the Board in accordance with Section 3.2.5 hereunder.

  • Performance Monitoring ‌ A. Performance Monitoring of Subrecipient by County, State of California and/or HUD shall consist of requested and/or required written reporting, as well as onsite monitoring by County, State of California or HUD representatives. B. County shall periodically evaluate Subrecipient’s progress in complying with the terms of this Contract. Subrecipient shall cooperate fully during such monitoring. County shall report the findings of each monitoring to Subrecipient. C. County shall monitor the performance of Subrecipient against the goals, outcomes, milestones and performance standards required herein. Substandard performance, as determined by County, will constitute non-compliance with this Contract for which County may immediately terminate the Contract. If action to correct such substandard performance is not taken by Subrecipient within the time period specified by County, payment(s) will be denied in accordance with the provisions contained in this Paragraph 47 of this Contract. D. HUD in accordance with 24 CFR Part 570 Subpart O, 570.902, will annually review the performance of County to determine whether County has carried out its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) assisted activities in a timely manner and has significantly disbursed CDBG funds and met the mandated “1.5 ratio” threshold. Subrecipient is responsible to ensure timely drawdown of funds.

  • Compliance Monitoring Grantee must be subject to compliance monitoring during the period of performance in which funds are Expended and up to three years following the closeout of all funds. In order to assure that the program can be adequately monitored, the following is required of Grantee: a. Grantee must maintain a financial tracking system provided by Florida Housing that ensures that CRF funds are Expended in accordance with the requirements in this Agreement. b. Grantee must maintain records on all awards to Eligible Persons or Households. These records must include, but are not limited to: i. Proof of income compliance (documentation from submission month, including but not limited to paystub, Florida unemployment statement, social security and/or disability statement, etc.); ii. Lease; and iii. Documentation of rental assistance payments made.

  • Project Monitoring The Developer shall provide regular status reports to the NYISO in accordance with the monitoring requirements set forth in the Development Schedule, the Public Policy Transmission Planning Process Manual and Attachment Y of the OATT.

  • Logging The ISP will require the maintenance of network and application logs as part of BNY Mellon’s security information and event management processes. Logs are retained in accordance with law applicable to BNY Mellon’s provision of the services as well as BNY Mellon’s applicable policies. BNY Mellon uses various tools in conjunction with such logs, which may include behavioral analytics, security monitoring case management, network traffic monitoring and analysis, IP address management and full packet capture.

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.

  • Monitoring Services IDT staff shall, using methods that include face-to-face and other contacts with the member, monitor the services a member receives. This monitoring shall ensure that: a. The member receives the services and supports authorized, arranged for and coordinated by the IDT staff; b. The services and supports identified in the MCP as being provided by natural and community supports are being provided; and c. The quality of the services and supports received is adequate and still necessary to continue to meet the needs and preferences of the member and support the member’s outcomes identified in the MCP.

  • Monitoring System In each case in which the Custodian has exercised delegated authority to place Assets with a Foreign Custodian, the Custodian shall establish a system, to re-assess or re-evaluate selected Foreign Custodians, at least annually in accordance with Rule 17f-5(c)(3).
