Section 12.4.2 Sample Clauses

Section 12.4.2 contained herein shall be construed to prevent the District from discharging an 8 employee for acts of misconduct occurring after the expiration of the school year. Any 9 disciplinary action may be appealed through the grievance procedure outlined in this 10 agreement. 13 A R T I C L E X I I I 15 INSURANCE AND RETIREMENT
Section 12.4.2. 15 The employee will retain accrued sick leave, accrued vacation leave, and accrued seniority rights 16 while on an approved leave of absence. No additional vacation credits, sick leave, and seniority 17 will accrue while the employee is on leave of absence. If the extended leave is approved for a 18 districted related illness or injury, seniority will accrue, but will not exceed one (1) additional year.
Section 12.4.2. 7 Employees whose most recent evaluation noted unsatisfactory performance will not be eligible 8 for transfer without the approval of the Executive Director of Human Resource. Exceptions 9 may be considered on a case by case basis and are not precedent setting.

  • Section 6.2 13 The Association representatives may represent the Association and employees in meeting with officials 14 of the District to discuss appropriate matters of mutual interest. They may receive and investigate to 15 conclusion complaints or grievances of employees on District time and thereafter advise employees of 16 rights and procedures outlined in this Agreement and applicable regulations or directives for resolving 17 the grievances or complaints. They may not, however, continue to advise the employee on courses of 18 action after the employee has indicated a desire not to pursue a grievance. This does not, however, 19 preclude the Association's right to pursue the matter to conclusion. They may consult with the District 20 on complaints without a grievance being made by an individual employee.
