Logo Usage. Use of the DISTRICT’s logo is permitted and encouraged. Logos can be provided in print and electronic formats. Logos will be provided by DISTRICT upon initial grant funding and at GRANTEE’s request thereafter. Graphic standards for logos shall be adhered to as provided by DISTRICT. Requests for logo should be directed to the administration office of the DISTRICT.
Logo Usage. In using each other’s logos and other trademarks, each agrees to follow the guidelines prescribed by the other, as notified by the parties to each other from time to time.

All apparel, (e.g., t-shirts, etc.), and printed items, (e.g., flyers, banners, etc.), purchased with Partnership for the Arts & Humanities funds must include reference to the Partnership for the Arts & Humanities program or include the Partnership for the Arts & Humanities logo. 1) in the exact form provided by Blackboard; 2) in pre-sale advertising and marketing materials that promote Blackboard Solutions and prominently display TIPS's own corporate name and logo;
3) on TIPS’s web site, as a link to the Blackboard home page or to an Internet URL to be provided by Blackboard; 4) in accordance with any Blackboard Trademark and Logo usage requirements as established by Blackboard from time to time and/or graphics standards distributed by Blackboard;
5) in a manner that is truthful and not misleading, and that does not use the Logo to imply any relationship with, or endorsement or sponsorship by, Blackboard that is not true;
6) in a manner that avoids disparaging statements or implications about Blackboard or Blackboard Solutions;
7) on materials that are in compliance with all applicable laws and governmental regulations; and
8) Blackboard may change the Logo, or create new logos to replace the Logo currently in use. Upon reasonable notice from Blackboard, TIPS shall promptly modify its use of the Logo to conform to any such changed or new Logo.
Logo Usage. You grant Minitab permission to use Your published corporate logo in any marketing materials of Minitab solely to identify You as a Customer of Minitab
Logo Usage. At all functions/literature related to this MOU activities, both party and execution partner logos will be displayed with equal prominence. Logos usage will be permitted for such designs for promotion of BSPP Program and other mutually agreed programs in writing.

Organizer hereby grants to Exhibitor a limited non-exclusive license to use, display and reproduce the name of the Event (the “Mark”) solely and directly in connection with exhibiting at the Event. Exhibitor may not use the Mark in any other way, including but not limited to, on party invitations, for special events or on marketing materials. This limited license expires at the conclusion of the Event. Organizer may terminate this license immediately at any time for any reason or no reason.
Logo Usage. To help consumers become familiar with the ENERGY STAR Program, Partner shall place the ENERGY STAR® logo onto qualified models, where practical.1 Partner shall also strive to include the ENERGY STAR® logo in brochures, manuals, and advertisements, etc. for qualified models.
