Logs of Hours. The clinical supervisors of the School District/Agency will review and sign hour logs of hours (required for its national accreditation). These forms are to be completed by the student on a weekly basis and it is the responsibility of the student to obtain the supervisor’s signature and retain these. Supervisors should sign the form each week.

Logs of Hours. The site supervisors of the Agency will review and sign students’ practicum or fieldwork logs (required for students’ credential application). These forms are to be completed by the student on a weekly basis and it is the responsibility of the student to obtain the supervisor’s signature and retain these forms for their credential portfolio. The supervisor should sign student forms weekly.
Logs of Hours. The clinical supervisors of the Agency will review and sign two (2) logs of hours: the BBS Weekly Summary of Hours of Experience as well as the University’s log of hours. These forms are to be completed by the student on a weekly basis and it is the responsibility of the student to obtain the supervisor’s signature and retain these forms for the Board of Behavioral Sciences.   • Spread of Hours The ordinary hours of work prescribed in this agreement shall be between the hours of 6.00 am and 6.00 pm on any day or all of the days of the week, Monday to Friday. The spread of hours may be varied by mutual agreement between the parties to meet specific needs of the Company or employees.

Except when normal operations require, or in an emergency, non-suppression personnel shall not be required to work on the following days, which are hereby declared to be holidays for such employees: ▪ New Year's Day, January 1; ▪ Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xx.'s Birthday; ▪ Presidents' Day, the third Monday in February; ▪ Memorial Day, the last Monday in May; ▪ Independence Day, July 4; ▪ Labor Day, first Monday in September; ▪ Columbus Day, the second Monday in October; ▪ Veteran's Day, November 11; ▪ Thanksgiving Day; ▪ The Day After Thanksgiving; ▪ Christmas Day, December 25; ▪ Any day declared to be a holiday by proclamation of the Mayor after declared by the Governor of the State of California or the President of the United States.

  • Number of Holidays (The following clause is applicable to full-time employees only) There shall be twelve (12) holidays and these holidays are set out in the Local Provisions Appendix. Should the Hospital be required to observe an additional paid holiday as a result of legislation, it is understood that one of the existing holidays recognized by the Hospital shall be established as the legislated holiday after discussion with the Union, so that the Hospital's obligation to provide the number of paid holidays as noted above remains unchanged.

  • Office Hours 7.5.1 Each Bargaining Unit Faculty Member shall maintain a sufficient number of regular office hours to meet the reasonable needs of the Member’s students and advisees.
