Long Range Vacation Planning. Vacations that require long term advance reservations or time commitments involving others can be requested twelve months in advance to assure reservations and planning. Nurses will receive a written reply within thirty (30) days of submittal of the request whether or not the request is approved. Nurses are expected to consult with the vacation-planning calendar prior to submitting requests.
