Long-Term Care Insurance Plans. A. Employees in classes assigned to Bargaining Unit 7 are eligible to enroll in any long term care insurance plan sponsored by the CalHR. The employee's spouse, siblings, parents, and the spouse's parents are also eligible to enroll in the plans, subject to the underwriting criteria specified in the plan. B. The long term care insurance premiums and the administrative cost to the CalHR and the State Controller’s Office shall be fully paid by the employee and are subject to payroll deductions.
