Long-Term Care Insurance Plans. A. Employees in classes assigned to Bargaining Unit 7 are eligible to enroll in any long term care insurance plan sponsored by the CalHR. The employee's spouse, siblings, parents, and the spouse's parents are also eligible to enroll in the plans, subject to the underwriting criteria specified in the plan.
