LONG TERM OPEN WORK – SERVICE SUPERVISOR. When booked work is known to be open for more than fifteen (15) consecutive days or one hundred and twenty (120) hours and is not covered by the Spare Garage Supervisor, the remaining Service Supervisors in their booked location by seniority shall have the option to change their work shifts and the remaining open shift may be covered in accordance with booking rules.

LONG TERM OPEN WORK – SERVICE SUPERVISOR. When a w ork shift shall be open for more than f ive (5) and less than sixteen (16) w orking days, and is not covered by the Spare Garage Supervisor, the remaining Service Supervisors in their booked location shall have the option to change their w ork shifts and the remaining open shift shall be covered by a Relief Supervisor.   • Synchronisation Commissioning and Commercial Operation 8.1 The Developer shall provide at least forty (40) days advanced preliminary written notice and at least twenty (20) days advanced final written notice to ESCOM of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Emergency Mode Operation Plan Contractor must establish a documented plan to enable continuation of critical business processes and protection of the security of electronic DHCS PHI or PI in the event of an emergency. Emergency means any circumstance or situation that causes normal computer operations to become unavailable for use in performing the work required under this Agreement for more than 24 hours.

CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.

  • Verizon Operations Support Systems Verizon systems for pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing.

  • Preconstruction Phase Services Preconstruction Phase Services shall mean all services described in Article 3.1, and any similar services described in the Request for Proposals, including such similar services as are described in the Construction Manager at Risk’s Response to the Request for Proposals to the extent they are accepted by Owner, but excluding any Early Work. Early Work shall be considered part of Construction Phase Services.
