Common use of Long-Term Substitutes Clause in Contracts

Long-Term Substitutes. Effective July 1, 2008, long term substitute teachers shall be paid at BA Step 1. The School District, at its sole and unreviewable discretion, may pay long term substitute teachers on a higher step and/or lane. Effective July 1 2010, long term substitute teachers who have achieved continuing contract status in the School District will be paid according to Article VIII, Section 3.
