Common use of Long-Term Substitutes Clause in Contracts

Long-Term Substitutes. A. Long-term substitute teachers hired for less than a semester during a school year shall not be eligible for District contribution for insurance plans. These employees may enroll in the District health and hospitalization plan by paying the entire premium.
