Longevity Service. 2.10.1 After twenty (20) years of full-time service, subject to Education Code 87731, with Los Xxxx Community College District, a longevity factor will be provided to the regular faculty employee, which is four percent (4%) of the member's appropriate range and step. The increase in salary for the longevity factor shall occur at the beginning of the succeeding academic/contract year or semester after the qualifying years of service are completed.
Longevity Service. With the City Each full-time member of the bargaining unit shall receive in addition to other compensation required under this Agreement an annual longevity payment based upon the employee's continuous length of service in the City of Ravenna, commencing with the initial date of hire in the Police Department as a full-time employee.
