LOST ARTICLES. The provisions of Part I, Article 18-Lost Articles shall apply to part-time operators.
LOST ARTICLES. The Management of the Center has the sole right to collect and to have custody of articles left in the building by persons attending any event or exhibition. When lost articles can be readily identified to be the property of the User, Management shall not be responsible for incurring any costs for shipping said articles to the owner.
LOST ARTICLES. All found articles should be turned into the Guest Services/Lost Children Booth.
LOST ARTICLES. The Authority shall have the sole right to collect and have the custody of articles left in the Center by the persons attending any event given or held in the Licensed Area, and the Customer or any person in the Customer’s employ shall not collect or interfere with the collection or custody of such articles.
LOST ARTICLES. The PD shall have the sole right to collect and have custody of articles left in the Building or parking lot by persons attending any performance, seminar, conference, audition, exhibition or entertainment given or held in Premises, and Renter shall not collect or interfere with the collection or custody of such articles.
LOST ARTICLES. The Licensor shall have the sole right to collect and have the custody of all articles left, lost, or checked in the Facility by persons attending any performance, exhibition, or entertainment given or held in the Facility, and the Licensee shall not collect or interfere with the collection or custody of such articles.
LOST ARTICLES. All lost property shall be handled in accordance with the following procedures:
A. If given to an employee by other than another employee, the name and address of the finder shall be obtained and he/she shall be notified of the procedures under this Section.
B. If found by an employee, it will be returned without delay to the owner or, if unable to do so, turned into the District not later than the following day. When an employee is of the opinion such property is valuable, he/she shall immediately report the same to the supervisor, and it shall be properly identified and turned over by the supervisor to the Lost and Found office.
LOST ARTICLES. All lost property shall be handled in accordance with the following procedures:

B. If found by an employee, it will be returned on the same day if possible but without delay to the owner or, if unable to do so, turned into the District not later than the following day. When an employee is of the opinion such property is valuable, he/she shall immediately report the same to the supervisor, and it shall be properly identified and turned over by the supervisor to the Lost and Found office.
C. The District Lost and Found office will maintain a record of such property, including the name of the employee turning in the property, and if unclaimed after a prescribed period, the property shall be sold at public auction pursuant to regulations established by the District not in conflict with this Section. Employees shall be permitted to bid at such auction.
D. The Union shall be provided a copy of the public notice of auction at the time such notice is published.
E. Lost property turned in by an employee may be returned to the employee finding same following the prescribed retention period if such return is permitted by law.
F. The District agrees to furnish any information to the employee finding lost property as to its final disposition upon request from the employee.
G. Any property found that is suitable for an employee welfare or recreation program, or for other District purposes, shall be retained by the District after the period of retention has expired and allocated to such purpose.
LOST ARTICLES. The Client is responsible for the collection and custody of articles left in and on the Premises, including common areas, by persons attending the Client’s Event.
LOST ARTICLES. The University shall have the sole right to collect and have custody of articles left in the Facility by persons attending any Event in the Facility, such articles shall be returned to the appropriate person upon proper presentation of ownership.
