Lost or Stolen Mobile Device. You acknowledge that mobile devices may store sensitive, personal and financial information. We will have no liability and you agree to assume all risk of loss that arises out of or relates to any loss or theft of your mobile device or any information contained within any mobile device.

Lost or Stolen Mobile Device. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of the authentication methods (passwords, PINS, or other security mechanisms) used to access your Digital Wallet and Mobile Device. If you share these credentials with others they may be able to access your Digital Wallet and make purchases for which you will be responsible. If your eligible Mobile Device is lost or stolen, your Digital Wallet authentication method) is compromised, or if your BNY Mellon Check Card has been used without your permission, you must notify us immediately. If you fail to notify us immediately, you may be liable for part or all of the losses in connection with any unauthorized use of your BNY Mellon Check Card.
Lost or Stolen Mobile Device. If you are registered to use text banking and your mobile device is lost or stolen, you should disable your phone through ASB Hawaii Online’s mobile tab or contact us immediately and we can disable the mobile telephone number assigned to the lost or stolen mobile phone to prevent it from accessing your accounts. You should also contact your mobile service provider immediately to stop all wireless services for the lost or stolen mobile phone. With ASB Hawaii Mobile, the following services are available:  ASB Hawaii Mobile Text allows you to view your checking, savings, loan and CD account balances; view recent account activity; transfer funds between your eligible ASB accounts now or in the future (transfers to loans will be treated as payments); cancel a one- time future-dated transfer; and receive alerts.  ASB Hawaii Mobile Web allows you to view your checking, savings, loan and CD account balances; view recent account activity; transfer funds between your eligible ASB accounts now or in the future (transfers to loans will be treated as payments); cancel a one- time future-dated transfer; receive alerts; schedule payments from your checking account to payees you have already set up through ASB Hawaii Online; view or cancel scheduled bill payments; and locate ASB branches and ATMs.  ASB Hawaii Mobile App allows you to view your checking, savings, loan and CD account balances; view recent account activity; transfer funds between your eligible ASB accounts now or in the future (transfers to loans will be treated as payments); cancel a one- time future-dated transfer; receive alerts; schedule payments from your checking account to payees you have already set up through ASB Hawaii Online; view or cancel scheduled bill payments; locate ASB branches and ATMs using the GPS functionality of your smartphone and/or tablet; and make check deposits to your checking or savings account using the camera on your mobile phone and/or tablet using ASB Hawaii Mobile Deposit. Android users must enable Google Locations on their mobile and/or tablet to use the branch and ATM locator feature. You cannot do the following using ASB Hawaii Mobile:  Cancel an entire series of transfers. You must cancel the series using ASB Hawaii Online.  Add bill payment payees. Your bill payment payees must be managed through ASB Hawaii Online.  Make a principal-only payment/transfer to a loan. Use the payment function in ASB Hawaii Online to make a principal-only payment.

You can also deactivate the device in Online Banking, under the Profile link, Mobile Banking Profile select Manage Device(s), in the drop down for the device, select Stop using this device for Mobile Banking. We also recommend that you contact your mobile carrier.

  • Lost or Stolen Cards You must tell us immediately by telephone or in writing if you know or suspect that a Card is lost or stolen, or if you know or suspect that your Card or the Account is being used without your authority. Once you have told us that your Card or Account is lost, stolen or used without your authority, we will be able to prevent use of that Card and the Account number.

  • Lost or Stolen Checks The Transfer Agent will replace lost or stolen checks issued to shareholders upon receipt of proper notification and will maintain any stop payment orders against the lost or stolen checks as it is economically desirable to do.

  • Recovery of lost or stolen card If the lost or stolen card is recovered, you must immediately return to us the card cut in half without using it. You must not use the PIN and/or the TBS Access Code after reporting to us that the PIN and/or the TBS Access Code has been disclosed to a third party.

  • THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, SERVICES AND WEBSITES 10.1 The Services may enable You to link to, transfer Your Content or Third Party Content to, or otherwise access, third parties’ websites, platforms, content, products, services, and information (“Third Party Services”). Oracle does not control and is not responsible for Third Party Services. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of access and use of Third Party Services, and if Oracle accesses or uses any Third Party Services on Your behalf to facilitate performance of the Services, You are solely responsible for ensuring that such access and use, including through passwords, credentials or tokens issued or otherwise made available to You, is authorized by the terms of access and use for such services. If You transfer or cause the transfer of Your Content or Third Party Content from the Services to a Third Party Service or other location, that transfer constitutes a distribution by You and not by Oracle. 10.2 Any Third Party Content we make accessible is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis without any warranty of any kind. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for, and have no obligation to control, monitor, or correct, Third Party Content. We disclaim all liabilities arising from or related to Third Party Content. 10.3 You acknowledge that: (i) the nature, type, quality and availability of Third Party Content may change at any time during the Services Period, and (ii) features of the Services that interoperate with Third Party Services such as Facebook™, YouTube™ and Twitter™, etc., depend on the continuing availability of such third parties’ respective application programming interfaces (APIs). We may need to update, change or modify the Services under this Agreement as a result of a change in, or unavailability of, such Third Party Content, Third Party Services or APIs. If any third party ceases to make its Third Party Content or APIs available on reasonable terms for the Services, as determined by us in our sole discretion, we may cease providing access to the affected Third Party Content or Third Party Services without any liability to You. Any changes to Third Party Content, Third Party Services or APIs, including their unavailability, during the Services Period does not affect Your obligations under this Agreement or the applicable order, and You will not be entitled to any refund, credit or other compensation due to any such changes.
