Lost Time. The Employer agrees to pay for all reasonable time lost by an employee during regularly scheduled working hours while presenting a grievance at Step 1 of the Grievance Procedure and at any other step of the Grievance Procedure if required to be present, provided, however, the Employer reserves the right to revoke this benefit if the privilege is being abused. If employee is placed on suspension, the Employer reserves the right to revoke this benefit upon mutual agreement with the union. Lost time shall be compensated at the employee's straight-time regular hourly rate of pay.
