JOB BIDDING The City reserves the right to organize work and assignments. Bureau managers will consult with the Union prior to implementation of a reorganization to discuss proper application of this Article. Whenever the City determines that it will fill a vacancy in a new or existing job, present employees shall be given the first opportunity on the following basis: the City may choose from among the two (2) most senior qualified bidders for 25% of all vacancies occurring within a bureau in a Fiscal Year. Eligible Bidders 3.1 This Invitation for Bids is open to all bidders from the eligible countries as defined under the IBRD Guidelines for Procurement. Any materials, equipment, and services to be used in the performance of the Contract shall have their origin in the eligible source countries.

As such, it is not liable for contracting with, employing or terminating a contract with or the employment of any HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers required to carry out this Agreement, nor for the withholding, collection or payment of any taxes, premiums, contributions or any other remittances due to government for the HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers required by the HSP to carry out this Agreement.
Requirements for E- Bidders 3.1. For Individual/ Joint E-Bidders, the following documents shall be uploaded during online registration;
BIDDERS 4.1 All intending bidders shall be required to verify their identities by producing for inspection by the Auctioneer their identity cards prior to the commencement of the Auction Sale, failing which they shall not be entitled to participate in the bidding.
For E-bidding The auctioneer and the Bank’s solicitor shall sign all 5 copies of contract first, right after the auction. The successful E-bidder must to come to the ESZAM AUCTIONEER SDN BHD main office in Seremban to sign the Contract of Sale within two (2) working days after the auction date.
