Cycle Time. The term “cycle time” refers to the recording of hours to account for scheduled deviation in the length of watches due to a vessel’s operational schedule. Vessel schedules do not always permit a twenty- four (24) hour day to be divided evenly into twelve (12) hour watches thereby causing employees to alternate between an equal number of short and long watches. Cycling occurs when a permanent employee working long and short watches over an eight (8) week, three hundred twenty (320) hour cycle period. The scheduled long watches of twelve and one half (12 ½) hours or less are offset by the short watches to equal three hundred and twenty (320) hours over the eight (8) week cycle period. Cycle time does not include any overtime otherwise recorded on a weekly timesheet.
Cycle Time. Anam agrees to supply TI Products to TI in cycle times which shall be competitive with merchant world-class foundry companies. In any event, Anam agrees that the maximum production cycle time (i.e., the period from the start date for production specified in the TI Start Plan (as defined below) by TI to Anam's shipment of TI Products) shall be [*] except where otherwise expressly provided for herein.
Cycle Time. SMIC shall use best efforts to achieve an actual cycle time for processing a Wafer of equal or less than [***] times the physical cycle time for processing such Wafer (i.e. flow factor [***]). During the ramp up phase of a new Contract Process, typical longer actual cycle times resulting from use of multiple one of a kind tools shall not result in a breach of this provision.
Cycle Time. Time of one complete control cycle. Times shall be *** minutes. The cycle time shall be used in conjunction with the timeout to specify the cycle rate of a programmable load control thermostat. For example, if a cycle time of *** minutes and a timeout of *** minutes is specified, the programmable load control thermostat will be off for *** minutes and then on for *** minutes to complete the *** minute cycle. The cycle rate is *** minutes off out of *** minutes or *** percent.
Cycle Time. Seller is committed to the Goal of continuous improvement on all current cycle for commodities covered under this agreement.
Cycle Time. The Partnership Fee will also be adjusted to reflect cycle time performance. The Partnership Fee will be increased (decreased) by *** for each *** day per mask level reduction (increase) weighted average cycle time for Lucent wafers relative to the latest approved Company Business Plan. This adjustment will be made quarterly and begin *********************************** ************. The increase due to this adjustment, however, will be limited to a maximum of **** unless the output in that quarter is greater than *** of the planned maximum capacity of the Company and also greater than *** of the planned capacity for that quarter (as per the latest approved Company Business Plan) in which case the Partnership Fee will not be limited to ****.
Cycle Time. HHNEC shall use its best efforts to ensure that Qualification and Production Lots cycle time shall be no more than 2 days per layer, plus 6 days allowance for backside metal, die sort, packaging and paperwork. In the event that HHNEC fails to meet such cycle times, then HHNEC shall use its best efforts to solve the problem causing such failure, and AOS shall upon request provide reasonable assistance to help HHNEC solve such problem.
Cycle Time see Annex 6 If and when commercially reasonable and practicable, based on capacity, availability, and other supply commitments, Xxxxxx shall endeavor to accommodate shorter Cycle Times.
