Main Library. The Library located in Flagstaff that is the central library. This Library oversees and supervises operations of Branch Libraries and advises Affiliate Libraries and Other Libraries.
Main Library a. The ramp leading to the accessible entrance, at its juncture with the sidewalk, has deteriorated and is not stable, firm and slip resistant. Repair the ramp so that its surface is stable, firm, and slip resistant. §§ 4.5.1, 4.8.6. b. The top of the 1st floor circulation desk service counter is more than 36 inches above the floor. Provide equivalent facilitation (e.g., by offering those services at an alternate location convenient to individuals with disabilities), train staff to assist those individuals, and provide directional signage to the alternate service area, as necessary. § 7.2(2). c. Women’s and Men’s 1st Floor Toilet Rooms (1) The rear grab bars in the designated accessible stalls in the women’s and men’s toilet rooms are mounted 43 inches above the finish floor. Relocate each rear grab bar so that it is between 33 inches and 36 inches above the finish floor. § 4.17.3, Fig. 30(d). (2) The toilet seats in the designated accessible stalls in the women’s and men’s toilet rooms are 13 inches above the finish floor to the top of the seat. Install a riser on the toilet seat in each designated accessible stall so that the height from the finish floor to the top of the seat is between 17 and 19 inches. § 4.17.3, Fig 30(d). (3) The flush valve handle in the women’s designated accessible stall is on the “narrow” side of the toilet. Provide an automatic flushing device or modify the piping to comply with the requirements of the Standards. § 4.16.5. (4) The lavatories in the women’s and men’s toilet rooms have twist-type faucets. Replace the faucets with hardware that does not require tight pinching, grasping or twisting of the wrist to operate. §§ 4.19.5, 4.27.4. (5) The hot water and drain pipes under the lavatories in the women’s and men’s toilet rooms are not insulated or otherwise configured to protect against contact. Install insulation on the pipes under the accessible lavatories. § 4.19.4. (6) The rim of the urinal in the men’s toilet room is 26 inches above the finish floor. Provide a urinal with an elongated rim that is no higher than 17 inches above the finish floor. § 4.18.2. (7) The mirror in the men’s toilet room is mounted so that the bottom edge of the reflecting surface is 49 inches above the finish floor. Provide a mirror with the bottom edge of the reflecting surface no higher than 40 inches above the finish floor. § 4. (8) The force required to open the men's toilet room door is10 pounds. Constellation Beers shall, at any time requested by Marcas Modelo or Modelo Group, whether during or subsequent to the term hereof, disclaim in writing any such property interest or ownership in the Licensed Intellectual Property.

  • Research Use The Requester agrees that if access is approved, (1) the PI named in the DAR and (2) those named in the “Senior/Key Person Profile” section of the DAR, including the Information Technology Director and any trainee, employee, or contractor1 working on the proposed research project under the direct oversight of these individuals, shall become Approved Users of the requested dataset(s). Research use will occur solely in connection with the approved research project described in the DAR, which includes a 1-2 paragraph description of the proposed research (i.e., a Research Use Statement). Investigators interested in using Cloud Computing for data storage and analysis must request permission to use Cloud Computing in the DAR and identify the Cloud Service Provider (CSP) or providers and/or Private Cloud System (PCS) that they propose to use. They must also submit a Cloud Computing Use Statement as part of the DAR that describes the type of service and how it will be used to carry out the proposed research as described in the Research Use Statement. If the Approved Users plan to collaborate with investigators outside the Requester, the investigators at each external site must submit an independent DAR using the same project title and Research Use Statement, and if using the cloud, Cloud Computing Use Statement. New uses of these data outside those described in the DAR will require submission of a new DAR; modifications to the research project will require submission of an amendment to this application (e.g., adding or deleting Requester Collaborators from the Requester, adding datasets to an approved project). Access to the requested dataset(s) is granted for a period of one (1) year, with the option to renew access or close-out a project at the end of that year. Submitting Investigator(s), or their collaborators, who provided the data or samples used to generate controlled-access datasets subject to the NIH GDS Policy and who have Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval and who meet any other study specific terms of access, are exempt from the limitation on the scope of the research use as defined in the DAR.

  • Data Disclosing an Invention If the Parties exchange Data disclosing an invention for which patent protection is being considered, and the furnishing Party identifies the Data as such when providing it to the Receiving Party, the Receiving Party shall withhold it from public disclosure for a reasonable time (one (1) year unless otherwise agreed or the Data is restricted for a longer period herein).
