Maintenance of Complaint Portal. (a) The concessionaire shall maintain “Complaint Portal” on its website which shall be available to all users of the Project Facilities and Services who shall be duly informed about availability of the provision for lodging of complaints. The Complaint Portal will also be linked to the Concessioning Authority website with an alert system for real time access to the complaints.

Maintenance of Complaint Portal. The Concessionaire shall maintain a “Complaint Portal” on its website which shall be available to all users of the Project Facilities and Services who shall be duly informed about availability of the provision for lodging of complaints. The Complaint Portal shall also be linked to the Concessioning Authority’s website with an alert system for real time access to the complaints. Concessionaire shall take action for just and fair redressal of the grievance and submit a reply to the complainant within thirty days from the date of receipt with a copy to the Concessioning Authority and maintain a proof of reply. If the Concessionaire fails to address the grievance and the complaint makes a reference to the Concessioning Authority, it will issue directions which shall be complied by the Concessionaire. Any information sought by the Concessioning Authority at any point of time during the concession period should be shared by the Concessionaire immediately. Rights of Concessionaire

  • MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC A. In the event that any of the work is conducted within any public right of way, the CONTRACTOR shall provide proper Maintenance of Traffic (MOT). Unless otherwise specified, the standard specifications to be used for the Service will be the strictest and latest edition as promulgated by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) or the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).

  • Research Use Reporting To assure adherence to NIH GDS Policy, the PI agrees to provide annual Progress Updates as part of the annual Project Renewal or Project Close-out processes, prior to the expiration of the one (1) year data access period. The PI who is seeking Renewal or Close-out of a project agree to complete the appropriate online forms and provide specific information such as how the data have been used, including publications or presentations that resulted from the use of the requested dataset(s), a summary of any plans for future research use (if the PI is seeking renewal), any violations of the terms of access described within this Agreement and the implemented remediation, and information on any downstream intellectual property generated from the data. The PI also may include general comments regarding suggestions for improving the data access process in general. Information provided in the progress updates helps NIH evaluate program activities and may be considered by the NIH GDS governance committees as part of NIH’s effort to provide ongoing stewardship of data sharing activities subject to the NIH GDS Policy.

  • Maintenance of Services 5.1 Services resold pursuant to this Attachment and BellSouth’s General Subscriber Service Tariff and Private Line Service Tariff and facilities and equipment provided by BellSouth shall be maintained by BellSouth.

  • Maintenance of and Access to Records The Servicer will maintain each Receivable File in the United States (it being understood that the Receivable Files, or any part thereof, may be maintained at the offices of any Person to whom the Servicer has delegated responsibilities in accordance with Section 6.5). The Servicer will make available to the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee or their duly authorized representatives, attorneys or auditors a list of locations of the Receivable Files upon request.   • Maintenance Scheduling The NTO shall schedule maintenance of its facilities designated as NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control and schedule any outages (other than forced transmission outages) of said transmission system facilities in accordance with outage schedules approved by the ISO. The NTO shall comply with maintenance schedules coordinated by the ISO, pursuant to this Agreement, for NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control. The NTO shall be responsible for providing notification of maintenance schedules to the ISO for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification. The NTO shall provide notification of maintenance schedules to affected Transmission Owners for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification and Local Area Transmission Facilities pursuant to Section 3.5.3 of the ISO Services Tariff.

  • Maintenance of Records I agree to keep and maintain adequate and current written records of all Inventions made by me (solely or jointly with others) during the term of my employment with the Company. The records will be in the form of notes, sketches, drawings, and any other format that may be specified by the Company. The records will be available to and remain the sole property of the Company at all times.
