Maintenance of Vessel. Except as to such period as (i) the use or title of the Vessel has been taken, requisitioned or chartered by a Governmental Authority, (ii) there has been actual or constructive total loss or an agreed or compromised total loss of the Vessel, or (iii) there has been any other partial loss or damage with respect to the Vessel and Mortgagor shall be in compliance with its obligations under Sections 5.2(b) and 8.3(e) of the Trust Indenture, Mortgagor will, at all times and without cost or expense to Mortgagee, maintain and preserve, or cause to be maintained and preserved, the Vessel in good running order and repair, so that the Vessel shall be tight, staunch, strong and well and sufficiently tackled, appareled, furnished, seaworthy, equipped and in every respect in first class order and operating condition and in full compliance with and able to perform all operations under the SDDI Contract; and otherwise in compliance with the provisions of the Trust Indenture.

Maintenance of Vessel. VESSEL OWNER shall maintain the VESSEL'S hull and machinery in a seaworthy condition (Surveyor designation of "Fit for Purpose"). CHARTERER shall provide or otherwise reimburse VESSEL OWNER'S actual cost of hull and gear cleaning and decontamination if VESSEL requires such cleaning as a direct result of SERVICES under this CHARTER.
Maintenance of Vessel. The Borrower will maintain, or cause to be maintained, the Vessel in the highest classification for such vessels of the American Bureau of Shipping or such other classification society as the Lender may approve.
Maintenance of Vessel. The Shipowner shall at all times and without cost or expense to the Mortgagee maintain and preserve, or cause to be maintained and preserved, the Vessel, her equipment and machinery in good running order and repair so that the Vessel shall be, in so far as due diligence can make her so, tight, staunch, strong and well and sufficiently tackled, apparelled, furnished, equipped and in every respect seaworthy and in good operating condition as will entitle her to the highest classification of The American Bureau of Shipping or such other classification society of like standing agreeable to the Mortgagee. The Vessel shall, and the Shipowner covenants that it shall, at all times comply strictly with all applicable laws, treaties and conventions of the Republic of Liberia and rules and regulations issued thereunder and shall have on board as and when required by such rules and regulations valid certificates showing compliance therewith. The Shipowner shall not make or permit to be made any substantial change in the structure, type or speed of the Vessel or change in any of her rigs without first obtaining the written approval of the Mortgagee. The Shipowner shall cause all repairs to and/or replacements of any damaged worn or lost parts or equipment of the Vessel be effected in such manner both as regards workmanship and quality of materials so as not to diminish the value or class of the Vessel. The Shipowner shall submit the Vessel to such periodical or other surveys as may be required for classification purposes and shall if so required by the Mortgagee supply to the Mortgagee on request copies of all surveys or reports issued in respect thereof.
Maintenance of Vessel. (a) The Vessel is tight, staunch, strong and well and sufficiently tackled, appareled, victualed, fitted, manned, furnished, and equipped, and in every respect seaworthy and in good running condition and repair and in all respects fit for service. At all times, at its own cost and expense, the Mortgagor will exercise due diligence to maintain and preserve the Vessel in as good condition, working order and repair as at the time of the execution of this First Preferred Ship Mortgage, ordinary wear and tear and depreciation excepted, and will maintain the Vessel in accordance with good marine maintenance practice and procedures and applicable legal or regulatory requirements for the service in which it then is or will be engaged, and in such condition as will enable her to pass such inspection as may be required by marine underwriters as a condition of their writing such insurance and in such amounts as is required under this First Preferred Ship Mortgage. Furthermore, if the vessel is not temporarily laid-up, the Mortgagor will cause the Vessel to be periodically inspected, drydocked and recoated (hull paint), and its machinery overhauled in accordance with normal marine practices or as may be required by the United States Coast Guard or applicable Classification Society.
Maintenance of Vessel. At all times, at the Mortgagor’s own cost and expense, the Mortgagor will maintain and preserve the Vessel in as good condition, working order and repair as on the date of this Mortgage, so that the Vessel shall be tight, staunch, strong and well and sufficiently tackled, appareled, furnished, equipped and in every respect seaworthy and in good order and operating condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.The Mortgagor will comply with and cause the Vessel to comply with all applicable United States Coast Guard regulations.The Mortgagor shall cause the Vessel to be drydocked, cleaned and painted whenever required by good commercial marine maintenance practice and the requirements of any insurance policy or entries respecting the Vessel.All maintenance and repairs will be made in a good and workmanlike manner by persons of appropriate skill and experience whose work will not adversely affect the service life or marketability of the Vessel.All repairs, parts, mechanisms, devices, replacements, improvements, changes, additions and alterations to the Vessel shall immediately and without further act, become part of such Vessel and subject to this Mortgage.The Mortgagor shall promptly furnish to the Mortgagee copies of each damage survey with respect to damage to the Vessel where the survey does not specifically quantify the cost of total damages or where the survey states total damage in excess of $500,000.00.Mortgagor shall afford Mortgagee or their authorized representatives reasonable access to the Vessel for the purpose of inspecting the same, her cargoes and ship’s papers.

Mortgagor shall keep the Vessel in such condition as will entitle her to the highest classification and rating for a Vessel of the same age, trade and type in the American Bureau of Shipping or such other classification society as shall be acceptable to mortgagee, and, upon request, Mortgagor shall furnish to Mortgagee a certificate by such classification bureau or society in which the Vessel is then entered that such classification is maintained.

Maintenance of Vessel. (a) Except while the Vessels are undergoing repairs, maintenance or is stacked or in lay up, the Shipowner will at its own expense all times maintain and preserve, or cause to be maintained and preserved, each Vessel in good order and repair, so that each Vessel shall be, insofar as due diligence can make it so, tight, staunch, seaworthy and in good condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and fit for its intended service; and will keep each Vessel, or cause it to be kept in such condition as will entitle it to at least the current classification and rating for each Vessel in the American Bureau of Shipping, or other classification society of like standing. The Shipowner will at all times keep each Vessel (other than a Vessel that is stacked or in lay up) in such condition to ensure that it maintains its current classification rating from the American Bureau of Shipping, if such certification is applicable, and the Shipowner shall furnish annually upon request by the Mortgagee, a certificate from the American Bureau of Shipping confirming that such classification has been maintained.
