The ELNO must establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain, test and keep current a documented, detailed and comprehensive Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Management Program that is Fit for Purpose to ensure that in the event of an Incident the ELNO can continue to provide and operate the ELN, or so that disruption to the provision of or operation of the ELN will be minimised.
The proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by NDB’s team in accordance with the related policy and guidelines, especially the six principles (Economy, Efficiency, Competition, Transparency, Value for Money, Fit for Purpose) contained in NDB’s corporate procurement policy.
The Supplier represents and warrants that any Delivery Item is delivered in accordance with the Agreement and thus conforms to all requirements stated therein, including the Fit for Purpose obligation, applicable industry standards and good workmanship.
Applicants who successfully complete of the Fit for Purpose Physical assessment will be required to undertake a Functional Movement Assessment comprising of 7 individual movement exercises.
The Supplier shall ensure that, during the term of the Agreement, the Deliverables conform in all respects to the requirements and descriptions set out in Appendix A and Appendix C and the Deliverables shall be Fit for Purpose.
