Major Assignment Change. An employee having a major change in assignment which results in a major uniform change shall receive an additional one hundred dollars ($100.00) clothing allowance credited to his account; said additional one hundred dollars ($100.00) clothing allowance will be paid only on the first change and not thereafter. The City shall have the right to delay payment until the employee has satisfactorily completed ninety (90) days in the new assignment.
Major Assignment Change. An employee having a major change in assignment which results in a major uniform change shall receive an additional $100.00 clothing- allowance-account credit; one additional $100.00 clothing allowance will be paid upon transfer from plainclothes assignment to uniform provided such plainclothes assignment was for a minimum continuous period of twelve (12) months.
