Common use of Makeup Clause in Contracts

Makeup. In order to accomplish these goals, a Labor-Management Committee shall be established consisting of three (3) Union members chosen by the Union, the Union Staff Representative, the City Manager or his/her designee, and three (3) individuals selected by the City Manager.
