ESB makes available other services which may be changed or enhanced periodically and include: • Manage My Money: a financial management tool • Open New Accounts/Apply for a Loan • Communicate with Customer Care Representatives using secure chat or messages • Quicken: ability to export or import account information Account Balance, Available Balance and Transaction Information: The account information you access via Online Banking Service will generally be current as of the business day you obtain the information, unless another time is specified. Information on your bank account(s) is available for up to one year. You may view current and available account balances, transaction activity, check images, pending Automated Clearing House (ACH) and point-of-sale (POS) transactions for deposit and loan accounts that are enrolled in Online Banking Service. Please note: • Your deposit account available balance includes your current balance minus any holds. Your available balance displayed does not include savings overdraft and unused Overdraft Protection Line. • Immediate and future dated transfer or bill payment requests may draw against available funds that include your savings account, unused Overdraft Protection Line. An insufficient funds fee may apply. Refer to our Schedule of Fees for the amount we will charge you for the overdraft method you have chosen. • Your Overdraft Protection Line available balance is the dollar amount you have available to draw on.

  • Authorized Users Authorized Users" are:

  • Authorized User You may request us to issue a Card to an individual who has no financial responsibility under this Agreement. An Authorized User has the same access to your Account as you do, subject to any limitations we may impose. An Authorized User has no authority to add or delete Cardholders, request a replacement Card or terminate or modify this Agreement. You may terminate an Authorized User’s authority to access your Account at any time. To do this, you must return the Card to PenFed. You agree that you are responsible for all charges and cash advances made by an Authorized User, including charges made before the Card is returned, recurring charges, or charges made without the use of the Card initiated by the Authorized User after termination of the Authorized User’s access.

  • Authorized Uses The Participating Institutions and the Authorized Users may make all use of the Licensed Materials as is consistent with the applicable law and with this Agreement, including but not limited to the following licensing conditions ("Authorized Uses"). In addition, the Licensed Materials may be used for purposes of research, education or other non-commercial use as particularly follows:

  • Authorized Use The Student Data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services outlined in Exhibit A or stated in the Service Agreement and/or otherwise authorized under the statutes referred to herein this DPA.

  • Authorised Users individuals who are authorised by the Institution to access the Institution's information services whether on-site or off-site via Secure Authentication and who are affiliated to the Institution as a current student (including but not limited to undergraduates, postgraduates and guest students), member of staff (whether on a permanent or temporary basis including retired members of staff and any teacher who teaches Authorised Users) or contractor or registered user of the Institution. Persons who are not currently a student, member of staff, contractor or registered user of the Institution, but who are permitted to access the Institution's information services from computer terminals or otherwise within the physical premises of the Institution ["Walk-In Users"] are also deemed to be Authorised Users, only for the time they are within the physical premises of the Institution.

  • Authorized User’s Statement of Work A competitive Mini-Bid is required for every transaction under this Centralized Contract. An Authorized User must prepare a detailed Statement of Work using Appendix F, Attachment 1, Mini-Bid Template. The Authorized User must distribute the Mini-Bid to all qualified Vendors per Lot(s) (unless a Vendor has removed itself from consideration via the Appendix F, Attachment 5, Mini-Bid Participation Interest Template). Contact information, organized by Lot, will be available on the OGS website for this Contract. An Authorized User shall conduct its Mini-Bid in accordance with the requirements set forth in Appendix F, Attachment 2, How to Use this Contract. The following terms and conditions shall apply to each Mini-Bid issued by an Authorized User:  An Authorized User may require the execution of unique forms, such as Confidentiality Non- Disclosure agreements; and  An Authorized User is required to make tentative award and non-award notifications to each Contractor who submitted a response to the Mini-Bid. Additionally, the minimum time, excluding the date of release, between issuance of the Mini-Bid by the Authorized User to the Mini-Bid Opening is as follows:  Xxx 0 Xxxx-Xxxx: Xxxx (0) Xxxxxxxx Xxxx  Xxx 0 Mini-Bids: Ten (10) Business Days

  • Permitted Users Client may access and use only the Course Materials to which Client has subscribed, and such access and use is limited to the number of users identified in the Order Form and any subsequent Orders placed under an Order Form, and for the Contract Term. Orders for additional Subscriptions may be agreed by the parties from time to time under a particular Order Form, and shall set forth the number of additional Subscriptions, the total Subscription Fees payable therefore, and any other terms and conditions relating to such Order (each, an “Order”). Each Order Form and each Order, upon execution by both parties, shall form a part of this Agreement, and shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions hereof. An Order may take the form of a supplementary document signed by each party or acknowledged by each party electronically (whether by facsimile transmission, email or by other similar reliable means evidencing the intent of the parties). Each Order shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement and shall be incorporated herein by reference. A Subscription is limited to use by one individual user and may not be transferred to another user.

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.

  • CONTRACTOR STAFF WITHIN AUTHORIZED USER AGREEMENT The provisions of this section shall apply unless otherwise agreed in the Authorized User Agreement. All employees of the Contractor, or of its Subcontractors, who shall perform under an Authorized User Agreement, shall possess the necessary qualifications, training, licenses, and permits as may be required within the jurisdiction where the Services specified are to be provided or performed, and shall be legally entitled to work in such jurisdiction. All Business Entities that perform Services under the Contract on behalf of Contractor shall, in performing the Services, comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws concerning employment in the United States.   • Additional Requirements from Authorized Users An Authorized User may have distinct requirements that must be met by all individuals employed by or working for the Authorized User. The Contractor’s Staff Members will be expected to comply with these requirements as a condition of the placement.
