Managing Authority (MA. The designated Managing Authority of the Programme: National Development Agency, Budapest, Hungary The Managing Authority shall be responsible for managing and im- plementing the Programme in accordance with the followings: Članstvo Zajedničkog nadzornog odbora sastoji se od sudionika na regionalnoj, lokalnoj i državnoj razini kako bi se osigurala učin- kovitost i dobra zastupljenost. Sudionici državne razine uključuju nadležna ministarstva iz sektora usmjerenih na intervencije u Pro- gramu (npr. za okoliš, gospodarstvo, regionalni razvoj). Prilikom određivanja sastava Odbora mora se poštovati načelo partnerstva kroz uključenje nadležnih tijela, društveno-gospodarskih partnera i bilo kojih drugih odgovarajućih tijela koja predstavljaju civilno druš- tvo, ekološke partnere i nevladine organizacije i tijela odgovorna za promoviranje jednakosti između muškaraca i žena. Odgovarajuće članove imenuje se unutar 30 dana od odobrenja Pro- grama. Članovi Zajedničkog nadzornog odbora mogu na sastanke Odbora pozvati dodatne savjetnike sa statusom promatrača (Pred- sjedavajućeg se mora unaprijed obavijestiti o sudjelovanju savjetni- ka). Predsjedništvo, kao i prava i zadaci predsjedavajućega, određeni su Pravilnikom Odbora. Predstavnici Europske komisije (uključujući Opću upravu za regio- nalnu politiku (DG Regio)) sudjeluju u radu Odbora u svojstvu sa- vjetnika, u skladu s odgovarajućim pravnim okvirom. Upravljačko tijelo prisustvuje sastancima Odbora i jamči točnost, učinkovitost i uspješnost Programa. Zajedničko tehničko tajništvo obavlja tajničke dužnosti za Zajednički nadzorni odbor, uključujući pripremu doku- menata, odluka i zapisnika. Zajednički nadzorni odbor sastaje se najmanje dvaput godišnje. Od- luke se u Odboru donose konsenzusom. Odluke se može donijeti pisanim postupkom uređenim Pravilnikom.

  • Contracting authority The contracting authority of this public contract is Enabel, the Belgian development agency, public-law company with social purposes, with its registered office at Xxx Xxxxx 000, 0000 Xxxxxxxx xx Xxxxxxx (enterprise number 0264.814.354, RPM/RPR Brussels). Enabel has the exclusive competence for the execution, in Belgium and abroad, of public service tasks of direct bilateral cooperation with partner countries. If the Interconnection Customer intends to locate the Large Generating Facility in a Balancing Authority Area other than the Balancing Authority Area within whose electrically metered boundaries the Large Generating Facility is located, and if permitted to do so by the relevant transmission tariffs, all necessary arrangements, including but not limited to those set forth in Article 7 and Article 8 of this LGIA, and remote Balancing Authority Area generator interchange agreements, if applicable, and the appropriate measures under such agreements, shall be executed and implemented prior to the placement of the Large Generating Facility in the other Balancing Authority Area.

  • Authority Data The Contractor shall use the Authority Data only as necessary for the performance of its obligations under this Contract unless otherwise authorised in writing by the Authority.

  • Competent Authority Exchange of information concerning Competent Authority Requests is expected to take place between the Competent Authorities or their authorized representatives. The Competent Authorities intend to provide written notification to each other providing contact information (name, title, and mailing address) for each jurisdiction’s Competent Authority for purposes of the IGA, and to update this contact information, as appropriate.

  • Competent Authorities and Contact Points 1. Each Party shall provide each other Party with a description of its competent authorities and their division of responsibilities.
