PROJECT PREPARATION. Tasks and responsibilities include the following: • Assisting Framework Public Bodies in determining buyer-specific requirements for each project and supporting users in considering the range of Energy Conservation Measures (“ECMs”) to be installed to best meet the Framework Public Bodies’ motivations and finance/risk appetite • Assisting Framework Public Bodies to select from a long list, the buildings and assets to be included in each project, ensuring that the most appropriate buildings are incorporated to enable the project to be successful. This will include guiding them on the preparation of building data and the gathering of key baseline energy data. It may include incorporating asset management and planned maintenance priorities in projects calling off the NDEE Framework(s) to enable facility-wide retrofit • Collating the information gathered into an appropriate format.

Assistance to EDC for the following activities for the preparation of the Recipient’s LPHP: (i) recruitment of an engineering firm and other consultants for the establishment of a LPHP preparation unit within EDC; (ii) technical, environmental and social studies, including reviews by the independent panels of technical, dam safety and environmental and social experts; and (iii) the preparation of bidding documents; all in the form of studies and technical assistance.

PROJECT PREPARATION. IMPLEMENTATION Solvay is constantly adjusting to the surrounding context with adaptation issues, such as innovation, evolution, through projects, reorganizations of varying size, etc ..., all of which have an impact on the employees: the meaning given to the work, the organization of the teams, the content of the work, occupational safety and health, etc. The change can offer opportunities for employee development but can also be a source of imbalances and generate anxiety, stress, difficulties. lt is therefore important to anticipate transformation projects by integrating the human dimension into change management in order to ensure ownership of the project, maximize its chances of success and avoid an increase of psychosocial charge and a deterioration of well being at work and employees health. Management will initiate a systematic process, as far upstream as possible, of human impact analysis, for any project, of significant importance, of evolution of the organization, by a prospective approach, in connection with the internaI expertise. To this end, new technology assessments of risks and opportunities will be done ater prior and proper information and consultation with relevant employee representatives bodies where existing, before the decision of introduction of a new technology in the workplace. New technology assessments will specifically include any potential and significant impact on: - Occupational Health and Safety, especially the mental health of employees - employees with physical disabilities - workload - monitoring or surveillance functions - working time - work content - organization - job quality (see Eurofound skills and discretion index in appendix) - job quantity - financial implications The new technology assessment is an integral part of any project preparation and implementation at Solvay. Solvay will assess the need for necessary tools / infrastructure within the project budget constraints. PROJECT PREPARATION. In this phase, data from the water department and other relevant departments will be compiled. Data in different geographic coordinate systems will be projected into a common geographic coordinate system. A geodatabase will be developed to house all the data. The research team plans to complete the aforesaid works in this phase by the end of 2018.

Deliverable: High-level plan with recommended durations Time Frame: Six (6) weeks after contracting d. Setup and Configuration of Global Preferences and Labels Envisage will work with the client's system administrators to set up baseline elements, such as Acadis user interface values, Fiscal Year settings, custom branding of web pages, and automated email notifications. Deliverable: Baseline configuration of the required Acadis modules Time Frame: Four (4) weeks after installation e. Configuration of Customer-Specific List Values and User-Defined Fields Acadis includes the ability to manage custom lists and user-defined fields throughout the system as a means to match client terminology as closely as possible. The dynamic list management functions allow users to create and define drop down lists, further ensuring standardization within the system. This provides flexibility for the client to define standard terminology within Acadis without the cost of programmers to modify system variables.
