Prethodno odabrane i dodatno razvijene projekte podnosi se ZTT-u te ih se procjenjuje prema odgovarajućim unaprijed određenim skupovima kriterija kvalitete, navedenih u Provedbenom propisu. Višestruki su razlozi za odabir dvodijelnog postupka. Taj se postu- pak prvenstveno koristi u slučaju složenih projekata, osobito onih koji uključuju aktivnosti izgradnje/investicije i zahtijevaju relativno velike iznose potpore. Na taj način, predlagatelji čiji prijedlozi budu odbijeni ne moraju predavati skupe dozvole i studije izvedivosti; ovaj im pristup omogućava da bolje razrade sadržaj svoga prijedlo- ga. Stoga, prethodni odabir prijedloga osigurava odabir kvalitetnijih projekata. Osim toga, korisno utječe i na nadležnosti Zajedničkog tehničkog tajništva, jer su aktivnosti procjene, kao i razvoja projekta, usredotočenije nego u jednodijelnom pristupu. Odgovornost poštivanja propisa vezanih uz državne potpore tijekom provedbe usmjerena je prema svakoj državi članici ugovorom. U tu svrhu svaka je država članica dužna odrediti tijelo za državne pot- pore i osobu za kontakt, koja je dužna Upravljačkom tijelu pružati odgovarajuće podatke vezano uz programe pomoći u njihovoj državi do kraja provedbe Programa. Isto tako, svaka država članica odgo- vorna je za ugrožavanje i kršenje propisa vezanih uz državne potpore i zajedničko tržište prema EZ-u.

  • TOOLS AND CLOTHING 30.1 An employee shall be required to provide himself with the ordinary hand tools of his trade, based on established trade union practices at the time of signing of this Agreement. EPSCA and the Union shall establish an appropriate tool list for each trade. Each Employer will provide, insofar as is practical, separate facilities for storing the tools of each trade, but shall not be held responsible for losses, except as noted hereunder:

  • Tools and Equipment As established by current practices, the Employer may determine and provide necessary tools, tool allowance, equipment and foul weather gear. The Employer will repair or replace employer-provided tools and equipment if damaged or worn out beyond usefulness in the normal course of business. Employees are accountable for equipment and/or tools assigned to them and will maintain them in a clean and serviceable condition.

  • UNIFORMS, TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT 23.1 Uniforms‌ The Employer may require employees to wear uniforms. Where required, the Employer will determine and provide the uniform or an equivalent clothing allowance. The Employer will follow their policy regarding the provision and maintenance of required uniforms, specialized clothing and footwear. The cost of normal wear and tear and loss of required uniforms, specialized clothing and footwear due to workplace conditions is the responsibility of the Employer.

  • Accreditation of Public Schools and Adoption and Implementation of School Plans The District will implement a system of accrediting all of its schools, as described in section 22-11- 307, C.R.S., which may include measures specifically for those schools that have been designated as Alternative Education Campuses, in accordance with the provisions of 1 CCR 301-57. The District will ensure that plans are implemented for each school in compliance with the requirements of the State Board pursuant to 1 CCR 301-1.

  • Skills and Abilities (i) Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

  • For Information/Tools and Other Research Studies  Outcome of project.  Published documents, including date, title, and periodical name.  A discussion of policy development. State if the project has been cited in government policy publications or technical journals, or has been used to inform regulatory bodies.  The number of website downloads.  An estimate of how the project information has affected energy use and cost, or have resulted in other non-energy benefits.  An estimate of energy and non-energy benefits.  Data on potential job creation, market potential, economic development, and increased state revenue as a result of project.  A discussion of project product downloads from websites, and publications in technical journals.  A comparison of project expectations and performance. Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any. • Respond to CAM questions regarding responses to the questionnaires. The Energy Commission may send the Recipient similar questionnaires after the Agreement term ends. Responses to these questionnaires will be voluntary.   • Security Controls for State Agency Data In accordance with Senate Bill 475, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2054.138, Contractor understands, acknowledges, and agrees that if, pursuant to this Contract, Contractor is or will be authorized to access, transmit, use, or store data for System Agency, Contractor is required to meet the security controls the System Agency determines are proportionate with System Agency’s risk under the Contract based on the sensitivity of System Agency’s data and that Contractor must periodically provide to System Agency evidence that Contractor meets the security controls required under the Contract.

  • PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT, TOOLS AND APPAREL 16.01 The Employer will furnish employees with all necessary personal protective equipment (including safety helmets, safety glasses, gloves etc.) and rain gear if and when required. Said equipment shall remain the property of the Employer. Any worn out safety equipment will be replaced by the Employer upon presentation of the worn equipment. The employees shall be held responsible for loss or improper maintenance of Employer furnished items, including personal protective equipment, rain gear and safety equipment, in which case employees may, at the discretion of the Employer, be subject to disciplinary action.

  • Evaluations Formal written performance evaluations of each employee shall be carried out during the probationary period and not less than annually thereafter.

  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Shall be knowledgeable in replacement/adjustment of closures, locks, hinges and handles on commercial steel door systems. - Repairs, installs, and maintains commercial plumbing services such as closet and urinal diaphragms and flush valves. - Have obtained previous certification in using boom and scissor lifts. - Have obtained previous certification in using forklift. MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - One-year certificate from an appropriate technical/military school or completion of trade apprenticeship; or three years verifiable experience in a related field. - Ability to read, write and speak English, interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blue prints, wiring diagrams and equipment manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with building occupants and employees of OCCC. - Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. - Shall possess a valid Florida Driver’s license (or State issued ID) for the duration of employment in this position. - Willing to work in a team atmosphere and be willing to work alongside OCCC employees.
