Mandatory Notifications and Acknowledgments. 4.1 The Participant Sponsored Holder acknowledges that if the Participant is not a Market Participant of an Approved Market Operator, neither the Approved Market Operator nor any Related Party of the Approved Market Operator has any responsibility for regulating the relationship between the Participant Sponsored Holder and the Participant, other than in relation to the Rules relating to Sponsorship Agreements.
