Mandatory Service Recipients. ‌ 2210 Mandatory Service Recipients shall include all Residential Property, Multifamily Residential Property and 2211 Commercial Property within the City boundaries, and all such premises which may be added from time 2212 to time by means of annexation, new construction, or otherwise during the term of this Agreement, 2213 unless as otherwise provided by Applicable Law. Any question as to whether premises fall within the 2214 category of Mandatory Service Recipient shall be determined by City. Contractor shall immediately 2215 initiate Collection services described in Article 3 of this Agreement to all Mandatory Service Recipients 2216 which are added to Service Area by means of annexation or development. City shall notify Contractor of 2217 such Service Recipients in a timely manner. Mandatory Service Recipients may be deleted from the list 2218 of Service Recipients if the premises are demolished, or otherwise rendered inappropriate for Collection 2219 services under this Agreement. Contractor or City shall immediately notify the other Party in writing of 2220 any circumstances which would make it appropriate for the deletion of a Mandatory Service Recipient 2221 and, upon the written approval of City, Contractor shall cease providing Collection services to such 2222 premises.
