Master Copy. 6.1. ISV will provide cMeRun with copies of the Software in electronic format, making it available either for direct download over the Internet or by providing it to cMeRun on a "Gold Master"
Master Copy. A master copy of the Licensed Software on magnetic media and a master copy of the Documentation either on magnetic media or in hard copy as determined in the reasonable discretion of Company.
Master Copy. Biochrom shall provide to GE Healthcare at no additional charge a complete set of reproducible master copies of all Documentation listed in subsection (a) above, which GE Healthcare may reproduce without charge. If any change in the Product requires a change in the Documentation, Biochrom shall promptly notify GE Healthcare of the change and provide a revised reproducible master copy without charge. Master Copy. BLM will m aintain at leas t one m aster copy (or set of copies) of this executed Agreement with all of the original signatures of all S igning Parties. BLM shall prepare and distribute to all Si gning Parties a copy of the full Agreement containing a copy of each signed signature page of any of the Signing Parties.
Master Copy. Licensor will deliver to Reseller a master copy of the Products within three days of the Effective Date. This master copy will be updated and replaced by Licensor as set forth in Section 8 below and will be in the electronic form of Licensor's choice. Documentation may be delivered in tangible form at Licensor's discretion, however.
Master Copy. 6.1 S&S will provide cMeRun with copies of the Software in electronic format, making it available either for direct download over the Internet or by providing it to cMeRun on a "Gold Master" CD of the Software. Subject to any licensor contractual or other restrictions, to the extent S&S updates the feature set contained in S&S's then-current, non-hosted version of the Software, then S&S shall provide such Software to cMeRun at no additional charge. Any updates will be governed under the terms of this Agreement as if they were included in the original version of the Software.
6.2 cMeRun will use reasonable commercial efforts, consistent with industry standards, to secure the Titles from theft, unauthorized copying, infringement, unauthorized manipulation, or other misappropriation. In the event a breach of security is detected by either party, the parties agree to work mutually to resolve the issues. During the period when a material breach of security has been detected which is attributable to a failure of cMeRun's protective technology, cMeRun agrees, at S&S's request, to remove the Titles from its system until the problem is resolved.
Master Copy. The Union will be provided with a current copy of the master policy of all insured benefits. The Employer will provide access to information describing all benefit plans to all employees.

Master Copy. 5.1. Within thirty (30) days after the execution of this Agreement, TIS shall deliver to IBM copies, in electronic or magnetic form, of the TIS Software, and such other information, Documentation and instructions reasonably deemed necessary by TIS to enable IBM to utilize the licenses granted under this Agreement (collectively, the "Master Copy"). TIS shall provide additional Master Copies of revisions, updates and/or enhancements, if any, to the TIS Software from time to time.
Master Copy. As soon as possible, a master copy of the Agreement entitled “Collective Bargaining Agreement between Seattle School District and International Union of Operating Engineers Local 609B” shall be printed by the District after such revision has been signed, and provided to the Union in paper and Microsoft Word format. Copies shall be available for each member of the bargaining unit.
