Manulife Deluxe Travel Plan. The Deluxe Travel Plan coverage shall terminate at age sixty-five (65). A permanent full time active employee who has reached age sixty-five (65), shall receive in lieu, an amount equal to the cost of the premium that the employer would have otherwise paid on behalf of the employee immediately prior to age 65, to be paid on a monthly basis.
