CONDITIONS ATTACHED TO THE PAYMENT OF ANNUALISED SALARIES‌ Annualised salaries are superable and are paid to designated groups of employees whose working arrangements differ from usual working conditions for 35 hour or 38 hour a week employees. The annualised salary shall cease to be paid if for any reason an employee does not work the requisite hours and/or weekends, public holidays or special events and/or reverts to working the “Ordinary Hoursapplicable to 35 hour or 38 hour per week staff. In such cases, instead of the A or AA annualised salary, the employee will be paid at the applicable job evaluation rate contained in Clause 3.4 (Maritime Officers) or 3.11 (Ministry Officers).

  • CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER CERTIFICATION The undersigned Chief Executive Officer and Chief Fiscal Officer of the Recipient, as both are designated in Appendix B of the Agreement, hereby request the Director to disburse financial assistance moneys made available to Project in Appendix C of the Agreement (inclusive of any amendment thereto) to the payee as identified below in the amount so indicated which amount equals the product of the Disbursement Ratio and the dollar value of the attached cost documentation which was properly billed to the Recipient in exclusive connection with the performance of the Project. The undersigned further certify that:

  • OFFICER AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER CERTIFICATION Pursuant to Section 6(b) and 6(c) of the Agreement, the undersigned Chief Executive Officer and Chief Fiscal Officer of the Recipient, as both are designated in Appendix B of the Agreement, hereby request the Director to disburse financial assistance moneys made available to Project in Appendix C of the Agreement (inclusive of any amendment thereto) to the payee as identified below in the amount so indicated which amount equals the product of the Disbursement Ratio and the dollar value of the attached cost documentation which was properly billed to the Recipient in exclusive connection with the performance of the Project, or, in the case of a final disbursement request, the amount entered at Line V of this Appendix E.   • Compliance Officer and Chief Executive Officer The Implementation Report and each Annual Report shall include a certification by the Compliance Officer and Chief Executive Officer that:

  • Association President The President of the Association has the right to visit schools. The President will coordinate the visits with the offices of the principals in order to facilitate the purpose of this visit. Visits that are made to solve special problems of teachers will be arranged in advance by notifying the office of the principal.

  • Vacation Planning The following general rules shall be observed in implementing the vacation planning program:

  • INTERNET PLANNING, ENGINEERING AND OPERATIONS ‌ Job Title: Internet/Web Engineer Job#: 2620 General Characteristics Integrally involved in the development and support of all Internet/Intranet/Extranet sites and supporting systems. Works closely with other IT groups and customers to define the system design and user interface based on customer needs and objectives. Participates in all phases of the development and implementation process, and may act as a project manager on special projects. Ensures the integration of the Web servers and all other supporting systems. Responsible for system tuning, optimization of information/data processing, maintenance and support of the production environment.

  • Union Officers and Committee Members Union Officers and Committee Members shall be entitled to leave their work during working hours in order to carry out their functions under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the investigation and processing of grievances, attendance at meetings with the Employer, participation in negotiations and arbitration. Permission to leave work during working hours for such purposes shall first be obtained from the immediate supervisor. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. All time spent in performing such Union duties, including work performed on various committees, as referred to in this Agreement, shall be considered as time worked.

  • Vacation and Sick Leave Administration (a) for the purposes of administration of clauses 34.11 and 34.12, where an employee does not work the same number of hours each week, the normal workweek shall be the weekly average calculated on a monthly basis.

  • Financial Services Compensation Scheme We are a participant in the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (the “FSCS”).   • Career Ladder Effective July 1, 2014, TALC and the District agreed to the 11 implementation of a Career Ladder for the advancement of instructional staff on the 12 Performance Salary Schedule. Elements of the Career Ladder are outlined and posted on 13 the District website and include detailed descriptions of Career Ladder levels and the 14 requirements for movement. All instructional staff hired on or after January 8, 2018 will 15 be placed on the Apprentice level of the Career Ladder.
