MARKET DATA FEES. Subscriber will pay Distributor (unless Distributor has assumed Subscriber’s payment obligations hereunder), for and on behalf of each of the Exchanges (as applicable), for the right to receive Market Data in accordance with the then-current fee schedule published by each of the Exchanges from time-to-time (including any and all applicable federal, state or local taxes). Each Exchange's fees are subject to modification by each of them at any time, without prior notice to Subscriber.

  • Market Data Client acknowledges that Agent may provide real-time or delayed quotations and other market information and messages (“Market Data”), which Market Data is provided to Agent by certain national securities exchanges and associations who assert a proprietary interest in Market Data disseminated by them but do not guarantee the timeliness, sequence, accuracy or completeness thereof. Client agrees and acknowledges that Agent shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage arising from or occasioned by any inaccuracy, error, delay in, omission of, or interruption in any Market Data or the transmission thereof.

  • Monthly Data Download Not later than fifteen (15) days after the end of each month, beginning with the month in which the Commencement Date occurs and ending with the Final Shared-Loss Month, Assuming Institution shall provide Receiver:

  • Support Fees The payment as provided on the applicable Order or on AvePoint’s invoice to Customer is payable prior to the commencement of any services hereunder. In the event of on-site services requested by Customer, Customer agrees to reimburse AvePoint for any and all pre-approved or reasonable and necessary direct expenses incurred by AvePoint for purposes of performing such on-site services (including travel and living expenses). Where an annual payment for multi-year Support Terms has been agreed between the Parties, AvePoint, within its reasonable discretion, shall invoice the Customer approximately forty-five (45) days prior to the beginning of each annual period.   • Program Fees Stripe will provide the Issuing Platform Services to you and the Stripe Issuing Services to Stripe Issuing Accountholders at the rates and for the fees described on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing.   • Local Interconnection Data Exchange for Billing 7.7.1 There are certain types of calls or types of Interconnection that require exchange of Billing records between the Parties, including, for example, alternate billed and Toll Free Service calls. The Parties agree that all call types must be routed between the networks, accounted for, and settled among the Parties. Certain calls will be handled via the Parties' respective operator service platforms.   • Allowable Customizations The Student is permitted to alter or add files to customize the assigned Computer to her/his own working style (i.e., background screens and images, display settings).

  • Line Information Database (LIDB 9.1 BellSouth will store in its Line Information Database (LIDB) records relating to service only in the BellSouth region. The LIDB Storage Agreement is included in this Attachment as Exhibit B.
