Market Risk (All Model Portfolios and Account Level. General market and economic factors may adversely affect securities markets generally and could, in turn, adversely affect the value of Model Portfolio investments in stocks, regardless of the performance or expected performance of companies in which we invest. Periods of unusually high financial market volatility and restrictive credit conditions, at times limited to a particular sector or geographic area, have occurred in the past and may be expected to recur in the future. Some countries, including the United States, have adopted or have signaled protectionist trade measures, relaxation of the financial industry regulations that followed the financial crisis, and/or reductions to corporate taxes. The scope of these policy changes is still developing, but the equity and debt markets may react strongly to expectations of change, which could increase volatility, particularly if a resulting policy runs counter to the market’s expectations. The outcome of such changes cannot be foreseen at the present time. In addition, geopolitical and other risks, including environmental (e.g., climate change) and public health risks, may add to instability in the world economy and markets generally. As a result of increasingly interconnected global economies and financial markets, the value and liquidity of a Model Portfolio’s investments may be negatively affected by events impacting a country or region, regardless of whether the Model Portfolio invests in issuers located in or with significant exposure to such country or region. A recent outbreak of respiratory disease caused by a novel coronavirus was first detected in China in December 2019 and has spread internationally. The outbreak has resulted in closing borders and quarantines, enhanced health screenings, cancellations, disrupted supply chains and customer activity, and has produced general concern and uncertainty. The impact of this coronavirus, and other epidemics and pandemics that may arise in the future, could affect national and global economies, individual companies and the market in general in a manner that cannot be foreseen at the present time. Health crises caused by the recent outbreak may heighten other pre-existing political, social and economic risks in a country or region.   • Categories of Data Subjects Any individual accessing and/or using the Services through the Customer's account ("Users"); and any individual: (i) whose email address is included in the Customer's Distribution List; (ii) whose information is stored on or collected via the Services, or (iii) to whom Users send emails or otherwise engage or communicate with via the Services (collectively, "Subscribers").

  • Linked Accounts All accounts with the Bank that you enroll in a service will be linked by the tax identification numbers of the persons authorized to access the account. The linked accounts will appear together without regard to the ownership of the accounts. For example, if an authorized user of a linked account accesses the Service, that authorized user will be able to view and access at a single time the following accounts: • the accounts of the business for which that person is an authorized user; • the accounts of any other business for which that person is an authorized user; and • any consumer accounts for which the person is a co-owner or authorized signer.

  • Account Types The Financial Institution agrees that each Collateral Account is, and will be maintained as, either a “securities account” (as defined in Section 8-501 of the UCC) or a “deposit account” (as defined in Section 9-102(a)(29) of the UCC).

  • Additional Portfolios In the event that any Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to those set forth on Appendix A hereto with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

  • Set Up Accounts (a) Bank shall establish and maintain the following accounts ("Accounts"): (i) a Securities Account in the name of Customer on behalf of each Fund for Financial Assets, which may be received by Bank or its Subcustodian for the account of Customer, including as an Entitlement Holder; and (ii) an account in the name of Customer ("Cash Account") for any and all cash in any currency received by Bank or its Subcustodian for the account of Customer. Notwithstanding paragraph (ii), cash held in respect of those markets where Customer is required to have a cash account in its own name held directly with the relevant Subcustodian shall be held in that manner and shall not be part of the Cash Account. Bank shall notify Customer prior to the establishment of such an account. (b) At the request of Customer, additional Accounts may be opened in the future, which shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement. (c) Except as precluded by Section 8-501(d) of the Uniform Commercial Code ("UCC"), Bank shall hold all Securities and other Financial Assets, other than cash, of a Fund that are delivered to it in a "securities account" with Bank for and in the name of such Fund and shall treat all such assets other than cash as "financial assets" as those terms are used in the UCC.

  • Account Changes Neither the Financial Institution nor the Grantor will change the name or account number of a Collateral Account without the consent of the Secured Party. The Financial Institution will promptly notify the Servicer of any changes. This Agreement will apply to each successor account to a Collateral Account, which will also be a Collateral Account.

  • User Accounts End User shall ensure that only Authorized Users can access the Services. User accounts may not be shared among individuals or used to provide access to the Services to individuals who are not the individual associated with the corresponding user account.

  • Notes and Accounts Receivable All notes and accounts receivable of the Company, all of which are reflected properly on the books and records of the Company, are valid receivables subject to no setoffs, defenses or counterclaims, are current and, to the Company's Knowledge, collectible subject in each case only to the reserve for bad debts set forth on the face of the Most Recent Balance Sheet as adjusted for operations and transactions through the Closing Date in accordance with the past custom and practice of the Company.
