Health Screenings. Health screenings shall be performed daily for anyone entering a school site or central office in accordance with the guidance referenced in Section 3.a. above. Essential visitors who do not pass the health screening shall be denied entry. Staff and students who do not pass the health screening or begin to display symptoms consistent with COVID-19 during the school day or workday will be sent home or sent to an isolation room on site pending travel home. Return to school protocols will follow County guidelines.
Health Screenings. Health screenings (height, weight, vision, hearing, blood pressure, scoliosis) are conducted each year. You will be notified should the nurse detect a problem.
Health Screenings. Prior to entering any school facility or vehicle, students and employees will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms. The screening will either happen via parent attestation or be conducted by school personnel upon entrance. No person will enter any school facility or vehicle if they display any COVID-19 symptoms. Health screening forms must be provided in the home language of students’ families/ guardians.
a. Employees assisting with health screenings shall be provided all appropriate medical grade PPE by the District, as described by the DOH, CDC, and L&I.
b. No employee in a high-risk category as described by the Centers for Disease Control shall be required or expected to assist with health screenings.
Health Screenings. The Employer will make arrangements at no cost to the Employee to provide for all such health screenings prescribed by law as conditions for continued employment in public schools.
Health Screenings. The District will provide medical grade PPE and training to all employees 24 assisting with Health Screenings as indicated by DOH, L&I and CDC.

For employees, this may be through a self-temperature check and daily electronic attestation. Students and employees displaying COVID-19 symptoms will be sent home. Attestation forms will be provided in home languages, whenever possible, while consistent with district policy.
a) Employees assisting with health screenings shall be provided all appropriate PPE by the District, as described by the DOH, CDC, and L&I.
b) No student who has been determined as needing to isolate will be transported in a vehicle that does not allow for six (6) feet of social distancing.
c) Employees who are in a circumstance which results in a need to change PPE will be provided time to do so up to 15 minutes.
d) After section 3, “Employees in High-Risk Categories” has been followed, in order to avoid assigning high risk employees to supervise health screening students, if other employees who are not high risk are available in the building, they will be assigned to assist with health screenings before those who are high risk.
Health Screenings. The County may require annual or “as needed” physical screenings at the Employer’s expense. Any Department Head who believes an employee is experiencing a physical injury or illness that affects the employee’s fitness for duty may require the employee to submit to the Fitness for Duty section of this Agreement. A drug and alcohol test may be included in the health screening.
Health Screenings. The MCO may offer health screenings at community events, health awareness events, and in wellness vans to its enrollees and other members of the community. The MCO must instruct each enrollee that receives a screen to contact his or her PCP if medical follow-up is necessary and must ensure that each enrollee receives a printed summary of the assessment information to take to his or her PCP. The MCO is encouraged to transmit a summary of the assessment information directly to each enrollee’s PCP.
Health Screenings. The MCO may offer health screenings at community events, health awareness events, and in wellness vans to its enrollees and other members of the community. The MCO must instruct each enrollee that receives a screen to contact his or her PCP if medical follow-up is necessary and must ensure that each enrollee receives a printed summary of the assessment information to take to his or her PCP. The MCO is encouraged to transmit a summary of the assessment information directly to each enrollee’s PCP. The MCO must comply with 42 CFR 422.128 relating to written policies and procedures respecting advance directives, including the following:
Health Screenings. CMHC shall provide to all Program staff (including employees and independent contractors of Manager) such appropriate pre-employment and periodic diagnostic and health screening procedures as are customarily provided by CMHC for CMHC employees.
