Master Rotation Changes. (a) Finalized copies of newly developed master rotations shall be provided to the Bargaining Unit President. (b) Anytime there are changes that impact on the master rotation staff will be able to submit one they have developed for consideration and a unit vote if necessary if more than one master rotation has been developed. (c) Where a master rotation schedule is changed pursuant to the above, individual schedule rotations will be awarded on the basis of seniority with appropriate skill mix consideration. Where the master rotation contains a job sharing arrangement, the original holder of the full- time position shall indicate the line to be taken. (d) Individual lines on a permanent master rotation shall not be changed without prior discussion between the employee affected and the Manager. Copies of the master schedule that include the proposed changes will be available. (e) Where a unit has a master rotation and a permanent full-time line becomes vacant, requests may be submitted in writing for consideration to transfer to the vacant line in the rotation. Considering appropriate skills of registered employees, the transfer may be granted to a full-time employee on the affected unit prior to posting the vacancy.

  • Election Changes The Executive may modify the amount of Deferrals annually by filing a new Deferral Election Form with the Employer. The modified deferral shall not be effective until the calendar year following the year in which the subsequent Deferral Election Form is received by the Employer.

  • Room Changes No changes in room assignment will be based upon age, race, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, and online profiles except as needed to provide a reasonable accommodation to residents with eligible disabilities registered with the College Office of Counseling and Disability Services. Room change may only be made with the written approval of College Housing and is dependent upon space availability, timing of the request, and grounds for transfer. Residents who receive approval for a room change may be charged a room change fee as shown on the College Housing website, which will be posted to Resident’s account. Room changes that are not authorized by College Housing will result in a fine as shown on the College Housing website, which will be posted to Resident’s account.

  • Contract Changes Changes may not be made in the terms and conditions of this contract without the agreement and written permission of the Director of Residence Life or the Director’s designee.

  • Program Changes Contractor agrees to inform the County of any alteration in program or service delivery at least thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of the change, or as soon as reasonably feasible.
