MATCHDAY HOSPITALITY. 2.1 The Client shall be entitled to the hospitality at the specified single match (“Match”) referred to on the Booking Form and/or in the Booking Confirmation ("Match Day Hospitality") at St Xxxxx’ Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 4ST (“Stadium”) upon issuance of the Booking Confirmation, at which point a contract will come into existence between the Client and the Club (“Contract”) subject always to payment of the contract price specified in the Booking Form and/or Booking Confirmation in accordance with clause 6 ("Contract Price") and the conditions set out in clause 3.

The Client shall be entitled to the hospitality set out in the Booking Form and/or Booking Confirmation (as the case may be) ("Match Day Hospitality") at the following: 19 (nineteen) Premier League Home Ties; the first League Cup Home Tie of the Season only, subject to clause 2.5 below; the first FA Cup Home Tie of the Season only, subject to clause 2.5 below; and one Friendly (which, in the event that more than one Friendly is arranged, the Client shall be allocated one of such Friendlies at the Club’s sole discretion which will be notified to the Client in writing as soon as reasonably practicable following the scheduling of such Friendly), (each a “Match” and together referred to as “Matches”) to be played during the relevant Season at St Xxxxx’ Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 4ST (“Stadium”) upon issue by the Club of the Booking Confirmation, at which point a contract will come into existence between the Client and the Club (“Contract”), subject always to payment of the contract price specified in the Booking Form and/or Booking Confirmation (as the case may be) in accordance with clause 7 ("Contract Price") and the conditions set out in clause 3.
