Maternity Disability. 1. The Board shall grant sick leave for the period of actual disability associated with pregnancy and birth to pregnant teachers on the same terms and conditions governing leave of absences for illness or medical disability. The pregnant teacher will be entitled to her annual and accumulated sick leave, with pay, during the period of absence due to her actual disability, verified by physician's note. 2.
