Maternity Leave Return to Work Grant. 58.6.1 An amount equivalent to 12 weeks of annual salary, including on-costs, will be available to general staff members on return to work (at least 40% of full-time) from maternity leave (as per sub-clause 58.2.1) provided that the amount must be fully utilised within 104 weeks from the date of birth of the child(ren). The amount may be used for one or more of the following options:
