MATTERS CONTRARY TO AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall supersede any rules, regulations, or practices of the Board, which are contrary to or inconsistent with its terms. It shall likewise supersede any contrary or inconsistent terms contained in any individual teacher contract. All individual teacher contracts shall be made expressly subject to the terms of this Agreement. The provisions of this Agreement shall be incorporated into and be considered part of the established personnel policies of the Board as they affect teachers.

B. Copies of this Agreement shall be printed at the expense of the Board and presented to the Association for distribution to all teachers now employed. The Association President will be presented with additional copies of this Agreement for distribution to all new teachers hired during the duration of the Agreement.
C. Secretarial costs will belong to the Association.
D. This Agreement may be altered, changed, added to, deleted from or modified only through the voluntary mutual consent of the parties, in written and signed amendment to this Agreement.

All individual administrative contracts shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement, and this Agreement shall be part of the established personnel policies of the Board affecting administrators.
