Maximum Class Sizes. 7.1.2.2.1 An Elementary School Member will have the right to refuse to accept more than 32 students in the Member’s class, unless all Members at the grade level at a school site refuse to accept more than 32 students, in which case the Principal will consult with the grade level Members (an Association representative may attend at the Association’s option) as to where to place the additional students who would raise class size to over 32 students per class.
