Assistance in Investigation. During investigation by the Association to enable it to represent a grievant effectively, the District shall cooperate with the Association in furnishing it with such information germane to the grievance as the Association shall request.

Assistance in Investigation. During the course of any investigation by the recognized employee organization, either to determine whether it will represent a grievant or to enable it to represent the grievant effectively, the District shall cooperate with the organization and furnish to it such information germane to the grievance as the recognized employee organization may request.
Assistance in Investigation. The District will supply the grievant, upon request, such information as is reasonably required for investigation or processing of the specific alleged grievance.
