Meal Period & Breaks. A. Meal periods will be sixty (60) minutes unpaid or thirty (30) minutes unpaid, as designated by the University from the time the Local 6070 Bargaining Unit Member stops work for lunch and returns to work from lunch. The University may change the meal period as necessary to accomplish the work. Where the nature of the work does not permit a scheduled meal period, the University shall make alternate arrangements to enable Local 6070 Bargaining Unit Members to eat a meal. B. All Local 6070 Bargaining Unit Members are allowed one relief period not to exceed fifteen
