MEALS - OUTSIDE REGULAR HOURS OR NON-WORKDAYS. (a) When an employee, at the request of the supervisor in charge, is required to perform work on non-workdays during the hours established as the employee's work hours on workdays, the employee shall observe the lunch arrangement which prevails on his/her workdays. If such work continues after the employee's regular work hours, Company shall provide the employee with a meal in accordance with the provisions of Subsection 16.3(a) or (b), whichever is applicable.
