Meat Cutters and Wrappers/Meat Clerks. All five (5) day employees required to perform a shift including Sunday shall receive two (2) consecutive days off in the workweek. Five (5) day employees not working on Sunday shall receive Sunday and one (1) other day off. All work performed on Sundays by full-time, part-time and/or extra employees hired prior to March 1, 2004, except those promoted after the March 1, 2004, shall be paid, for all hours worked on Sunday, time and one-quarter (1 ¼ ) the straight-time hourly rate of pay for each covered classification. Extra Meat Department employees working on Sunday shall be paid for their full eight (8) hour shift at the applicable rates for Sunday.

  • Mail Order Catalog Warnings In the event that, the Settling Entity prints new catalogs and sells units of the Products via mail order through such catalogs to California consumers or through its customers, the Settling Entity shall provide a warning for each unit of such Product both on the label in accordance with subsection 2.4 above, and in the catalog in a manner that clearly associates the warning with the specific Product being purchased.   • GARBAGE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS A. Concessionaire shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Concession Premises. Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.
