Hours Worked on Sunday Clause Samples

The "Hours Worked on Sunday" clause defines how work performed on Sundays is treated under an agreement. Typically, it specifies whether employees are permitted or required to work on Sundays, and may outline special pay rates, overtime eligibility, or scheduling restrictions for Sunday hours. For example, the clause might state that Sunday work is voluntary and compensated at a premium rate, or that only essential personnel may be scheduled.
