MEAUREMENTS. Unless specifically mentioned in the concerned section all works shall be measured net by standard measure and according to rules and customs and usual methods in use in the Corporation and no proposal to adopt alternative method will be accepted. ADDL.S.E. /Sr. Executive Engineer's decision as to what is usual method in use in the Corporation shall be final.
