Media Authorization. I and any accompanied children give the Conservancy, its affiliates and their respective successors, assigns, agents, and licensees, the irrevocable and perpetual right to record and use, as the Conservancy may desire in its discretion, all recordings and reproductions or depictions of our name, likeness, voice, persona, words, actions, and/or biography, which the Conservancy may make. I and any accompanied children agree that (a) we shall have no right of approval and no claim to any compensation; (b) we shall not make any comments or provide information to the news media or on social media about the volunteer activities without authorization from the Conservancy; and (c) we are not authorized to speak on behalf of or to represent the Conservancy.
Media Authorization. I consent to the unrestricted use by HomeFirst, or any person authorized by HomeFirst in any medium, including the Internet, any photographs, recordings, interviews, videotapes, film, or similar visual or auditory recordings of me created in connection with my participation.
Media Authorization. I hereby consent to and authorize the photographing, interviewing, filming, and or recording of me and authorize Community Services Agency of Mountain View and Los Altos to use such photographs, interviews, videos and recording without compensation, for publicity, training and promotional purposes. I understand that I have the right to establish restrictions or limitations on my consent.
Media Authorization. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, subject to Client's written authorization of the applicable media budget, Client hereby authorizes Provider, in its capacity as agent for a disclosed principal, to execute on Client's behalf all pre-approved insertion orders, purchase orders and similar instruments related to Media Buying Services. Provider is hereby authorized to bind Client to terms equivalent or substantially similar to the standard terms and conditions for internet advertising published by the American Association of Advertising Agencies and the Interactive Advertising Bureau, as amended and supplemented from time to time.

I consent to the unrestricted use by CFB, or any person authorized by CFB, in any medium, including the internet, of any photographs, recordings, interviews, videotapes, film, or similar visual or auditory recordings of me created in connection with my participation as a volunteer.

I consent to the unrestricted use by Sunnyvale Community Services, or any person authorized by Sunnyvale Community Services, in any medium, including the Internet, of any photographs, recordings, interviews, videotapes, film, or similar visual or auditory recordings of me created in connection with my participation as a volunteer. SCS staff will attempt to limit use of your image upon request on a case by case basis. This accommodation by SCS is not an agreement to do so on an ongoing basis and SCS is not under any obligation to delete or retract published images.
Media Authorization. The Parent agrees to allow the Student’s name, photograph, voice, image, and information to be used by the School for use in the School’s publications, promotion materials, website, and social media sites without compensation and without prior notice. Parent also allows Student to be interviewed by the media on campus or at school-related events. Parent releases holds the School harmless from any liability stemming from the use of the Student’s name, photograph, voice, image, or information.
Media Authorization. Rider agrees to the use of any media (photos and videos) for promotional purposes.
