MEDIA SPECIALISTS. It is recognized as desirable that each school site employ a certificated library/media specialist to enhance the school's educational program. It is recognized by both parties that teachers have a responsibility to be prudent in the time and location they spend at the school site beyond the instructional or work day. Both parties also recognize the District's responsibility to provide facilities which ensure teacher and student safety.
