Medical and Dental Benefit Plan. Medical and Dental benefits will continue as presently provided until January 1, 2020. Effective January 1, 2020 Medical and Dental benefits will be as provided in the Xxxxxx Health Plan (BHP)/Optimal Health Initiatives (OHI) as may be amended from time to time pursuant to BHP/OHI bylaws and regulations. Medical and Dental benefits shall be available for all eligible employees covered by the AGREEMENT who complete the required applications for such benefits and transmit such applications to the Treasurer of the BOARD. Appropriate information and application instructions will be provided to all new employees by the BOARD at the time of pre-employment processing, and such application be completed and filed at that time if the employee desires coverage. A notification regarding the annual open enrollment period will be posted in each school building prior to and during such annual open enrollment period. Employees must complete the appropriate enrollment and/or waiver process during the open enrollment period each year.
