Common use of Medical and Dental Care Leave Clause in Contracts

Medical and Dental Care Leave. Where it is not possible for a permanent employee to schedule medical and dental appointments outside of regularly scheduled working hours, reasonable time off for medical and dental appointments for employees shall be permitted. Where any such absence exceeds two (2) hours, the full-time absences shall be charged to the employees sick leave entitlement.
