Common use of Medical Confirmation Clause in Contracts

Medical Confirmation. (a) The Employer will require a doctor's medical report where the employee has been absent for four consecutive days of work at the Employer's expense. (b) Where it appears that a pattern of consistent or frequent absence from work is developing the Employer may require a doctor's medical report at the Employer's expense.
